All items that are in-stock ship within two business days and will arrive within seven to ten business days. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Please refer to the chart below to calculate shipping costs.

Overnight Delivery/Saturday Delivery
If you require either overnight or Saturday delivery please contact us directly at (201) 897-0081 or sales@paisleyplum.com. We will verify that the item is available for overnight or Saturday delivery as well as quote shipping prices for the order.

Free Shipping
Several of our products feature free shipping. If you order an item that has free shipping in addition to one or more regular items, you will be charged only for the shipping costs for the standard shipping items. If for any reason you need to return an item that had free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the standard shipping cost.

Returns
If within 30 days of receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it. Refunds will be for the price of the items only. All returns require an authorization number. Please contact us at sales@paisleyplum.com for your return authorization number and return ship-to address.
